GVS Farmer Producer Company Limited is a farmer-led organization incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The company is engaged in the production, procurement, processing, marketing, and export of agricultural and horticultural products including cereals, pulses, spices, oilseeds, millets, and medicinal plants.
We are committed to promoting sustainable agriculture, empowering farmers, and delivering high-quality organic and Ayurvedic raw materials to industries across India and globally.
Our Story
GVS Farmer Producer Company Limited was established with the vision of strengthening the agricultural ecosystem through organized farming, value addition, and direct farmer participation. In addition to traditional agricultural activities, the company undertakes dehydration, drying, distillation, grinding, packaging, and storage to enhance product quality and shelf life.
Recognizing the challenges in the Ayurvedic sector—such as over-collection of wild plants, habitat destruction, adulteration, and lack of standardized cultivation—we launched our initiative to provide consistent, high-quality organic raw materials for Ayurvedic medical pharmacies.
The company focuses on the cultivation of organic medicinal crops such as Mentha (for Mentha oil), Tulsi (and Tulsi oil), Ashwagandha, Satavar, Lemongrass (for oil), along with value-added products like turmeric, ginger, garlic, and onion in processed forms.
Our Mission
• For the Industry: To provide high-quality, organic Ayurvedic raw materials, solving issues of adulteration, inconsistent supply chains, and lack of standardization.
• For the Farmers: To promote the interests of our members through technical services, consultancy, training, and financial support. We aim to improve the standard of living and ensure financial empowerment by engaging farmers directly in production and supervision.
• For the Planet: To implement sustainable farming practices that reduce environmental impact and promote a healthy ecosystem at the village level.
Our Operations
Our operational unit is located in Village Mahura Khurd, Block Gosainganj, Lucknow, where organic farming is carried out on leased land from member farmers. The registered office in Lucknow serves as the hub for processing, dehydration, packaging, storage, and marketing activities.
We plan to scale our “Ayurvedic, Herbal, and Organic Products Farming” project significantly between 2025 and 2030, with expansion plans across nearby districts of Uttar Pradesh and other states.
